2011 – A Fine Year for Chrysler

As 2011 draws to a close, Chrysler can look back with satisfaction on an extremely good year. Having refreshed its iconic Grand Voyager in the summer, this autumn saw the unveiling of two new models that will help drive the Chrysler brand forwards next year – the Ypsilon supermini and Chrysler Delta hatchback.

This latter model is especially significant, since it marks the return of a very famous name to our shores, re-introducing the Delta to the small hatchback market for the first time since the mid-1990s.

The Ypsilon and Delta share plenty of DNA, with distinctive noses and tapered flanks creating real presence on the roads. Both are spacious and well-equipped, offering an affordable route to Chrysler ownership alongside their bigger brother, the evergreen Grand Voyager. This now sports uprated specifications and an improved version of the brilliant Stow ’n Go seating arrangement.
