Delta force unleashed

A famous name has returned to the Scottish car market following the launch of Chrysler’s new Delta. Famed for its rallying exploits in the 1980s and 1990s, the new-generation Delta offers huge levels of space inside a striking and well-appointed cabin, yet this sophisticated family hatchback is still affordably priced.

Clever interior features include sliding and tilting rear seats, parking assistance and a lane departure system, alongside an arsenal of three-letter safety acronyms regulating everything from torque transfer to braking distribution.

Collectively, these elements contribute to a big-car feel in a vehicle small and nimble enough to tackle the urban jungle. Daytime running lights draw attention to the Delta’s sporting stance, in tandem with a pillarless rear window flanked by vertical tail lights and capped by an integrated rear spoiler.

This car has presence from any angle, with driving dynamics to match those memorable good looks.
