More for less – the new 107

Since its launch in 2005, the Peugeot 107 has been a runaway success, with over 650,000 units produced. Now the baby of the Peugeot family has become even better, with a series of improvements that will add to (and take away from) this hugely popular city car.

The reductions include CO2 emissions and thirst, with the former dropping below the significant 100g/km threshold and the latter enabling the 107 to average 66mpg. However, specifications have improved, with the model designations – Access, Active and Allure – reflecting trim levels across other Peugeot ranges.

Flagship Allure variants incorporate big-car features like Bluetooth and USB connectivity, and every model will benefit from the external revisions to the range, which include a deeper panel housing the front fog lamps and LED daytime running lights. On sale in February, the new 107 range is priced from just £7,995.
